Hopefully it will make for more interaction between the students and teachers. They can get a quick response to queries that may have.

I’m not sure!!!

The main implications of using mobile technology and all the wonderful things that have shown to us today is the lack of computer facilities in the A&D department. I don’t even have access to an IWB. I really think some of this stuff is the way forward and would love to start using it. I hope the college is supportive in this new technology and enables us to have access to some of these sites which may cost money.

If we don’t have a VLE how can it be dead?

As our learners in art & design have no access to computers  – A VLE would be as useful as an e-portfolio

e-potfolios are the way forward for BTEC and other evidence portfolio based qualifications

If only I could understand the task

Elearning

The application of this technology is unlimited in potential...the use
of mobile phone technology in learning zones is the future. The
biggest challenge to learning is the 'Chinese Wall' syndrome, whereby
learners drop their dialogue with learning as soon as the seminar in
class is over. This new approach to learning means interesting,
challenging and useful projects can be set by a teacher, and students
can zone in and engage in the kind of environment they feel
comfortable in, when not at school.

What implications does this have for the building of eportfolios or peer support?

Is the vle dead?

Some fine and wonderful innovations in the way that teaching and learning can be accomplished.

What idiots we have been – active learning methods are no longer! Hahaha! Sack the teachers – fools!

Sit on our fat ***** and live in the virtual world! Human contact is no more! Hahahahahahahaha!
